We were after a new experience and Google delivered big time.  This place had been hiding right under our noses.  Promising the best Nepalese food in town it had a lot to live up to after our Himalayan adventure a couple of months ago.

Pleasingly they had Mango Lassi, which was absolutely delicious.  Not quite as creamy as the BCK prefers it, but it meant after we'd skulled them we still had room for a meal.

The butter chicken was a smokey variety which is how the Nepalese do it.  Jem loved the sauce, but the chicken not so much.  Which was fortunate as the Chulo Jhingey was sensational and there was none left for me to take home to Mango Mummy.

Chulo Jhingey was King prawns, marinated in a scoop of natural yoghurt, fresh ginger, chilli, and lovage. Grilled over hot charcoal and served with vegetables.  100% delicious.

The rotis were to die for, especially the garlic one.  What a find.  And right on our doorstep with guaranteed parking.

But what did the BCK think?

"It was very good.  The butter chicken was delicious.  The mango lassi was very good but if I could recommend one thing I would make it a little bit creamier, but it was still really really really good.  And that's all."

Sets a high bar for next week, but feels like we are back in the adventure trail!
